What it was

Built an R&D change platform from scratch: parts, materials, configuration, and process changes, with configurable nodes instead of offline coordination.

What was stuck

R&D changes spanned R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and aftersales; offline coordination was costly and quality/efficiency hard to guarantee.

Approach

• Mapped change processes, researched role pain points, and redefined workflows from feedback.
• Designed scenario-fit system flows, sliced release versions, and drove launch.
• Shipped analytics dashboards on node/process latency, rejections, and change frequency by part or configuration.
• Packaged configurable process nodes with clear I/O for fast assembly, reuse, and adjustment.

Outcomes

• Data quality improved by about 15% versus the prior process.
• Process efficiency improved by about 3×.
