Sales & Procurement System
Why: Export clients ran quote-to-ship across email and sheets—I folded it into one system, including chat-sourced data.
They did not want software—they wanted to stop reconciling at midnight.

Four completely different businesses, one method: understand the path, then ship product. Three anchor cases below serve almost non-overlapping user groups—evidence the capability travels across industries and roles.
Smart Power Plant Operations & Production Admin
What was hard: Multi-role paths were tangled; work lived in separate sheets and chat groups.
What shipped: Configurable admin—coordination in the system, not a second control layer.
State-owned energy enterprise · 2024 – PresentIntegrated Vehicle Configurator (OTD)
What was hard: “Configurable” for sales and “buildable” for engineering did not mean the same thing.
What shipped: One buildable configuration and per-vehicle BOM rules across sales, R&D, and production.
Zhejiang Geely Holding Group · May 2021 – 2024AI Algorithm Development Platform
What was hard: The hard part was the boundary: host the environment, do not own model quality.
What shipped: A managed platform for training jobs, model serving, and GPU scheduling.
NetEase (Hangzhou) · May 2018 – May 2021The industry now calls this FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer): embedded in the client’s business, turning needs directly into product. I did it for ten years; now I offer it independently.
