Product Selection Skill

What it was

An AI skill for product selection—cross-signal validation instead of browsing charts, with explainable structured output.

What was stuck

Signals lived on charts, search, social, reviews, supply, and price—manual comparison missed things. The gap was not data but a repeatable analysis flow.

What I did

  • Standardized input: category and constraints—not a vague “find me a product.”
  • Multi-source collection: charts, search trends, social, review pain points.
  • Cross-validation: candidates need multiple independent signals—one signal is only a lead.
  • Structured output: evidence, conflicts, risks—explainable and reviewable.

Outcomes

  • Validated in real selection work—from personal habit to repeatable flow.
  • Explainable conclusions—each candidate carries signal evidence, not a black box.

Why a skill

The value is validation rules and conclusion structure—not another admin UI. Packaging the method as a skill makes the flow itself the product: light, fast, iterable.

How I saw it: The method is the product

Appendix

Independent—product definition, rules, and delivery in one loop.
